Turn around time: All products have a listed turn around time on their listing. Orders are processed in the order they are received.  

Order corrections: Please verify all products being purchased before checking out. Once your order is placed all sales will be final. No changes can be made once your order is placed.

Discounts & shop credits: Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction and cannot be combined with other discounts. 

Shipping & handling: Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance please contact me before placing your order. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact your local USPS office with the tracking number. If you have left an email address during checkout, you will have received a tracking number when the package was shipped out. Any damaged or lost packages are up to the customer to file a claim with USPS.

International shipping: We ship worldwide! International orders are not provided with tracking or insurance. If you would like your order shipped with tracking or insurance, please contact us before placing your order for shipping rates.  We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Returns & exchanges: I want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order. While I currently do not offer returns, I can offer an exchange. In order to exchange, you must first contact us and ship your order back within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking, no exceptions. Items must be in their new unused condition and not smelling of cigarette smoke or other odors. We will offer a shop credit in the amount in which the item was purchased. Promotional offers or discounts will not be carried over to the new purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item.
